Come home to the womb. Come home to the self. Come BE born again.
Come home to the womb. Come home to the self. Come BE born again.

Dear Beloved,

Welcome to SpiritWork Development Group LLC—a sacred space where Black women and historically marginalized women in professional spaces are invited to come home to themselves. Here, we honor the fullness of who you are and who you are becoming. This is not just a website—it is a womb, a threshold, a sanctuary where spirit, story, and healing meet.

You’ve carried generations on your back. You’ve excelled, even when unseen. You’ve shown up, poured out, and held it together when systems fell apart. But beloved, who is holding you? Too many of us have labored in systems that consume our brilliance while denying our humanity. We've carried the weight of strength, silence, and survival alone. But here, in this sacred circle, we lay down those burdens. We return to the womb of SpiritWork Development Group to be Born Again —a place of re-membering, re-claiming and re-imagining, and re-writing our story. Here you are seen, heard, and held. This is where your healing begins and where transformation unfolds.

We root our care in a culturally trauma-informed womanist frameworks —where sacred text, the Nguzo Saba, and the Principles of Ma'at are not only sources of wisdom, but living guides for how we walk, rest, and rise. We believe in justice, balance, truth, reciprocity, harmony, and divine order. We believe in the radical power of community (Umoja), self-determination (Kujichagulia) , collective work (Unjima), and faith (Imani). And we believe that you, SiStar, are worthy of care that sees your soul, your wounds, your hopes and your dreams and we are committed to BEing with you on the journey to your best self.

In this womb space:

  • You are not just surviving.

  • You are BEcoming.

  • You are held, honored and healed.

  • You are experiencing the power of RE and centered in your divine purpose.

Whether you're navigating burnout, reclaiming your sensuality, deconstructing spiritual harm, or simply longing for a space where your spirit can exhale—you are welcome here.

And know that this sacred work does not stop with receiving care. It expands. It births. It multiplies. If you are a woman who hears the whispers of Spirit calling you to midwife the healing of others—to walk with others on their sacred journeys of healing—SpiritWork Development Group also offers training and certification grounded in the same Africentric, Womanist, and Spirit-led principles. Our certification programs prepares you for deep listening, soul accompaniment, liberation praxis, Womanist Spiritual Care and Africentric Spiritual Healing Frameworks. If you are willing to become a practitioner of this healing art—we are ready to apprentice and walk with you.

This is your invitation:

  • To all the women who long for care from a SiStar that values and honors her story—Come.

  • To all the healers ready to BE an instrument of sacred, transformative care—Come.

  • To all the truth-tellers, the weary workers, the boundary-breakers, the spirit-led SiStars —Come.

Come into the womb. Come home to the self. Come and BE born again.

We are waiting for you—with open hearts, ancient wisdom, and the tools to journey beside you.

Ancestral love and spiritual power,

Rev. Dr. Rhonda,

Healing the Self. Honoring the Spirit. Birthing the Future.
