Rev. Dr. Rhonda James-Jones is an ordained minister with more than twenty years in ministry, a Board Certified Chaplain, and a Paracletos Counseling Specialist. As founder of SpiritWork Development Group and the School of Sekhmet™, she has devoted her work to forming ministers, chaplains, and spiritual care practitioners through a sacred pedagogy grounded in Womanist theology, Africentric cosmology, Liberation theology, and the Mbongi communal tradition.

Through Sacred Roots, Living Waters™, she walks alongside those called to deeper formation, holding space for transformation that honors both scholarly excellence and the sacred dignity of every person formed within the community.
