Rev. Dr. Rhonda James-Jones is an ordained minister with more than twenty years in ministry, a Board Certified Chaplain, and a Paracletos Counseling Specialist. As founder of SpiritWork Development Group and the School of Sekhmet™, she has devoted her work to forming ministers, chaplains, and spiritual care practitioners through a sacred pedagogy grounded in Womanist theology, Africentric cosmology, Liberation theology, and the Mbongi communal tradition.

Through Sacred Roots, Living Waters™, she walks alongside those called to deeper formation, holding space for transformation that honors both scholarly excellence and the sacred dignity of every person formed within the community. Her teaching embodies the ethic of Excellence Without Exploitation™: rigorous, reverent, and sustainably paced.
