Chaplaincy Endorsement through SpiritWork Development Group (SWDG LLC) offers licensed and ordained ministers a culturally rooted, spiritually grounded pathway to serve as chaplains in healthcare, education, and community-based settings. Our endorsement process affirms your call, strengthens your formation, and supports you in offering whole-person care that is ethically accountable, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
Rooted in Africentric wisdom, Womanist theology, Ubuntu, and the principles of Ma’at, we walk with you through discernment, documentation, and vocational clarity. Together, we develop a ministry portfolio that reflects your authentic voice, your clinical and pastoral readiness, and your capacity to serve across diverse spiritual landscapes with compassion, humility, and prophetic integrity.
Endorsement as an Africentric Christian Chaplain is a credential and sacred affirmation of spiritual authority, character, and community accountability so that your care in the world is both powerful and protected.

Endorsed Chaplains can be endorsed by only one endorser during any period of endorsement. Candidates seeking endorsement must be prepared to align with SWDG as their active endorser for the period of endorsement.
